A private covered dock on a quiet cove, plus a resort pool, a fire pit and an outdoor cave shower — in the same corner of the Brushy Mountains as Pine & Pond, fifteen minutes from groceries, forty-five from the Blue Ridge Parkway, an hour from Charlotte.
