Our family's called this town home for as long as anyone can remember. We built Brushy Mountain Collective so you could experience it the way we do — the back roads, the best burger in town, the pace of a place that isn't in a hurry.

Brushy Mountain Collective holds one key belief: the house itself should be the destination. We're Megan and Ben — hometown sweethearts, local business owners, and years of experience as Superhosts, raising our four kids right where we grew up.

Pine & Pond is open and welcoming guests now, with more homes on the way. Whatever you're celebrating, tell us — making the stay memorable is the whole point.
